As 2025 came to a close, I was deeply honored to be recognized as a Top Producer at Frontier Realty Inc. This achievement meant a great deal to me, not simply as a professional milestone, but as a reflection of the trust, support, and encouragement I have received from my clients, friends, and community throughout the years.
I am truly grateful for the journey I had with Frontier Realty Inc. It was a meaningful chapter in my career, one that helped shape my experience, strengthen my skills, and allow me to serve many wonderful families and individuals. I carry that appreciation with me as I move forward.
For me, success has never been measured only by the number of transactions closed. It has always been about the trust of each client, the responsibility to protect their best interests, and the satisfaction of helping them reach one of the most important decisions of their lives. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers with their very first home or helping investors identify strong opportunities, my focus has always remained the same: to make sure every client feels heard, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Today, I am proud to announce that I am joining First Team Real Estate while continuing to build Maison by Phan. This move represents growth, new opportunity, and a stronger foundation to continue serving my clients with the same dedication, care, and professionalism they know me for.
